Getting Married in Andalucia
Coming from the theatre business Claire and Aidan sure knew how to make sure their wedding was a feast to experience. Of course, they had ‘a little’ help from Reviva Weddings who organised the wedding to perfection, synchronising everything beautifully and creating a venue worthy of a fairytale.
The wedding ceremony was held on a bright and sunny morning at the Virgin del Rocío church in San Pedro, after which Mr, Mrs and their baby boy lead the way to Hotel el Monasterio de San Martín – a simply stunning venue just inland from Sotogrande.
As I said, the couple and their lovely friends and family know how to enjoy themselves, but they were suitably impressed when they arrived at the amazing monasterio and saw how beautifully it was decorated and prepared. When dusk fell the place turned into a dream with stunning lights reflected on a large pool beside the elegant marquis
With a setting like this and such a lively group of people this was always going to be a moment to remember, and I’m very pleased that I could play my part in that too.
From the bride:
All I can say is WOW! We absolutely loved the shots from our big day by David Toms. From the moment we met David we knew that he was the right match for us. His creativity pours out of him along with his passion for what he does. He was perfectly part of the scenery on the day…climbing through bushes, lying on steps, hanging out of pillars to get the perfect shot – and he got so many perfect shots. He captured the fun and life that was so apparent during the day wonderfully, and made the usual family shots an easy experience for mortified mothers and mothers in law who hate posing for photos. We didn’t want too many staged shots, and he gave us exactly what we wanted. They were creative, arty, fun and magical. David Toms was definitely the perfect choice and comes highly recommended, and even higher than that!
