Hi David
One of the most important things about your wedding day is having a great photographer and you couldn't get any better than David Toms! On the day he was so enthusiastic and professional, he knew exactly what shots he wanted and he used humour to make us and our guests feel at ease. We could see how good David was at his job but we were still amazed at how beautiful our photos turned out. We have shots that were set up and look so creative they could be from an editorial magazine, mixed with beautiful, natural shots of our friends and family taken when they didn't even know he was there. It was the best day of our lives and it was over much too quickly but now, thanks to David, we have these amazing photos that will last forever.

Chris and I would just like to thank you for our beautiful wedding album. Everybody who has seen it have commented on the quality of the pictures and how you managed to capture the story of our day perfectly. We couldn�t have asked for anything more professional and natural. We love the natural shots because they show how relaxed and happy everybody was and the those combined with a selection of �group� shots make the whole collection complete.
We would also like to thank you for making the whole experience easy and seamless. You made us feel like you were part of the wedding party rather than somebody there directing us about and making us feel uncomfortable and false with our smiles! Your quick response to all of our questions following the day and for producing the album to fit around our timescales due to us living in the UK is greatly appreciated and as a result we have our beautiful album within less than 3 months from our wedding day.

Honestly those are the most beautiful photos, words cannot describe how happy Chris and I are. You captured the whole essence of our day perfectly.

I love the fact that so many of our photos are so natural and not staged. You made us both feel very relaxed, i love having my photo taken but Rick hates it, you made us both laugh and we had such a great time doing the private shots we both really enjoyed the whole experience.
I will just warn anyone who is thinking of hiring David Toms when all the photos were sent to us and we were to choose the ones we wanted for the album there were hundreds of fabulous pictures, it was so difficult to try and pick the photos to go into the album, i seriously wanted them all.
We now have the most AMAZING wedding album which i cried when i saw the front cover and continued to laugh & cry when looking through the whole album because it not only captured our wedding day so perfectly it captured us and we can now look back and relive the whole day.
Anyone who is thinking of hiring a wedding photographer for their big day, i cannot give David a high enough recommendation, he is a lovely person who i intend to keep in touch with, he not only takes the best photographs, he captures the essence of the day and the people who are there.

Our favourite thing about our wedding is our photographs because David managed to capture every single detail from getting ready to having our first dance and the thing about it was, we didn't notice him snapping all these fantastic shots that we will treasure forever. Every single person that has seen our photos has commented that they are some of the best wedding photographs they have ever seen, why because they are so natural and not forced. It rained on our day and we initially thought our photos would look dull, how wrong were we, David knew exactly were to take us to get the best photos and they really are amazing. David completely made us relax and enjoy the day and have fun. There was no issue about getting certain photos taken. The only problem we had was trying to pick out the photos we wanted from the 655 photographs, we loved each and every one of them and it took so much time trying to choose . David is an amazing photographer who takes truly beautiful photographs without anyone noticing. He is a very genuine person with a great sense of humour who makes you feel very special. He blends into the party and if you want to enjoy your day and have lots of fantastic photographs of you and your guests well then David is the guy for you. After visiting David's website I knew I liked his photographic style and I could see he has had an impressive career, however it was only after meeting him I was certain he would be right for us. David was great from the start giving us other albums to look at and an idea of how he worked and his passion shone through as well as putting me at ease. David was open to ideas and sugguestions and kept in constant communication with me even when we were planning from a different country.
On the day itself I had already organised a list of shots I wanted and David' sense of humour and ability to capture the action without being in the middle of it meant I now have an album to cherish and enjoyed the day without thinking about photographs.

And good grief he was right, an amazing day, a really nice "vibe" David's words not mine. David was brilliant. He engineered us all effortlessly, got great shots of family and friends without anyone really feeling they had been posing at all. The ones taken of me at home getting ready were surprisingly stress free, in fact it was nice having David around to have a laugh with. Great wide shots of the party and the meal and unobtrusive but amazingly beautiful close up shots of everyone. People are still telling me how great I looked (the ones who saw the photos only of course) and I absolutely love our photo album, even if others are a bit bored of it.

Getting the “bride and Groom” photos taken was an absolute laugh from start to end – what a lovely guy, at one stage we were running through the square with poor David running backwards to get a fun shot and I saw another Irish couple trailing behind a Spanish photographer like school children and the photographer barking orders in broken english !!! That was the difference David made it fun , our friends and family loved him, apart from a few planned shots at times I didn’t even realise he was there. But boy was he there. David captured moments Noel and myself never even saw – , I even had a little cry when I saw the photos first!!!! Aside from making me look ten years younger , catching my husband with a little tear in his eye ( boys never cry!!), and persuading my very serious father to jump and throw his arms in the air for a beech shot ……… I cannot recommend him highly enough . A very talented photographer and a great peoples person.

On several such occasions I met a photographer, who never stopped taking pictures, but never interferred, so when my daughter decided to get married, I contacted him and asked to see his work.
I met up with David Toms, and was totally sold by his enthusiasm and professionalism.
My daughter and new husband flew over from Dubai, and were also bowled over by "everything about David Toms"
The wedding took place in Gibraltar, at the Garrison Library (I thoroughly recommend this as the best place to wed in Gibraltar), and the reception was at the Kempinski Hotel. David was always with us.
